Medians per city and type, deciles, volumes, intra-city sectors, multi-year curves, recent sales: exactly what the site pages read.
One row per city and type (apartment, house): median, deciles, median surface, volumes, trends. For spreadsheets and analysis.
Method and limits
- Source: DVF / DGFiP via data.gouv.fr, millésime avril 2026, ventes 2025. Medians are computed per mutation.
- Publication only from 20 sales over the period: below that, the sample would not be significant.
- These are market benchmarks, not individual valuations: no personal data, no street numbers.
- The city pages remain the written reading of these figures; this download is their raw form.
