Our history and positioning
Home Select was founded in Paris in 2011 by Jean Mascla. Caroline Mascla chairs the company. The job has not changed since day one: searching, checking and negotiating for the buyer only, never for the seller.
Home Select holds the carte T professional licence and is a member of the FCI, the French Federation of Property Finders. It has guided more than 1,200 buyers over fifteen years, from pied-à-terre studios to private mansions.
Since 2026, the method proven on France’s most demanding market extends city by city: the national desk runs every search, backed by a network of 15,000 professional partners across the country.
The team
The team counts 16 finders, independent commercial agents, covering Paris and Île-de-France. Each knows their micro-markets inside out.
In the regions, the search is run by the leadership of Home Select: framing, hunting, negotiation, securing. A dedicated local finder takes over each file as the network opens.

Our commitment: 100% on success
Home Select is paid on success only: nothing is due until you have bought. The fees are published (2.5% of the net purchase price, minimum €10,000 incl. VAT, or 1.5% for projects of €2m and above), with no file fees and no financial commitment.
