Privacy policy

This site is sober by choice: it sets no cookies, and no third-party audience measurement tool is installed. Most of the data processed is what you entrust to us through the contact form. Two technical mechanisms are added to that, described in full below: remembering the campaign that brought you here, and a notification when you click our phone number.

What we collect and why

The information from the form (identity, contact details, elements of the project) is used solely to answer your request and to follow up on your project or application. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). It is sent by email to contact@home-select.fr and is neither sold nor used for any other purpose.

Advertising attribution and phone clicks

If you arrive from an advertisement or a tracked link, your browser keeps, for the duration of your visit only, the campaign parameters present in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, wbraid, gbraid), along with the landing page and the site you came from. These are held in your browser’s session storage, not in a cookie, and disappear when you close the tab. They serve only to tell us which campaign produced an enquiry. If you click our phone number, an email is sent to us with those same elements, the page you were on, the site you came from, your browser, your screen size, your language and your time zone: this lets us attribute a call to its source. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how well our campaigns work (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You may object by writing to contact@home-select.fr. No advertising profile is built and no data is passed to an ad network. Finally, our hosting provider measures site traffic anonymously: no cookie is set, no lasting identifier is kept, and these statistics cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.

Retention period

Three years after the last contact for requests without follow-up, the duration of the file then legal obligations for clients.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them: contact@home-select.fr or by post to the registered office (60, rue François 1er, 75008 Paris). You may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
