What are your fees for a rental search?

1 month’s rent excluding charges plus 20% VAT, minimum €2,000 incl. VAT, paid only once the lease is signed. No file fees, no advance: the fee follows the result.

What does the ideal tenant file contain?

ID, proof of income, employment contract, latest payslips, tax notice, possible guarantors: a complete file ready to send within the hour of the viewing. We check it line by line before the first application.
