Reading an apartment finder’s reviews
Not all reviews are equal. The most useful tell a precise search: a district, a type of property, a duration, a difficulty overcome. The least useful fit into three words and all look alike. A professional who receives many short reviews within a few days deserves a question.
Look at the platform too. A review published on a Google listing attached to a real address, with the professional’s reply, weighs more than a testimonial hosted on their own website. Filmed testimonials, where they exist, add a face and a voice: they are harder to fabricate.
