The published data shows a €9,400/sqm apartment median, a 14% progression since June 2022, and chalets whose priciest tenth trades beyond €25,200/sqm.
What these figures cannot say: the condition of old chalets, the scarcity of buildable land, the share of sales traded between families. The Megève market is a steady market, carried by a French and international clientele that hands addresses down.
