The Confidential offerFor a family the 8th district comes first, with the bourgeois flats and mansions of Périer, the Prado and the Carré d’Or, while the 7th seafront suits those for whom the sea view becomes the criterion. The real filter is the actual school run and parking, not the district number. Home Select prepares that choice with school enrolment windows in sight.
In the centre, from the Vieux-Port to Le Panier, the city lives on foot and the car mostly serves weekends away. As soon as you look at the deeper 8th, the corniche or Les Goudes, it becomes the daily tool. The usage question precedes the district question, once again.
