Which clients can you introduce to Home Select?

Anyone among your clients who wants to buy in France: a main or second home, a pied-à-terre, a long-term investment, in Paris or elsewhere in France. Home Select runs their search from A to Z, with its partners on the ground.

Who can introduce a client to Home Select?

Family offices, private banks, wealth managers, real estate agencies abroad, relocation firms, accountants. Some professions, such as lawyers and notaries, cannot receive a referral fee: with them, the relationship stays reciprocal.

How is discretion ensured?

The search is conducted without any advertising: no listing, no circulation of the project. Your client’s details serve their search only and are never passed on. From €2M, the Confidential offer presents off-market properties only.

Do you work with my client’s advisers?

Yes, and ideally from the first conversation. Lawyers, tax advisers, private bankers, the family’s notaire: Home Select works with them and gives them what they need. The firm provides neither legal nor tax advice: its role is to coordinate.

How is a referral paid?

Every client you introduce who buys with Home Select gives rise to a referral fee, paid when the notarial deed is signed. Its terms are set in a written agreement, signed before your first introduction, and Home Select goes through them with you in the first conversation.

Will my client pay more?

No. Your fee comes out of Home Select’s own fees. Your client pays the firm’s published fees, on success, no more and no less than if they had come directly.

How is my introduction protected?

In writing. The agreement attributes a client to the partner who introduced them first, and every introduction Home Select receives is confirmed to you by email, with its date.

Do you work with clients who live abroad?

It is an essential part of the work: Home Select counts 30% expatriates among its clients. Video brief, filmed pre-viewings, negotiation conducted for them, signature by proxy if needed. The team works in French, English, Farsi, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Is there a minimum volume or an exclusivity?

Neither. You introduce a client whenever you see fit, and you remain free to work with whomever you wish.

Home Select uses this information to answer you and, if you introduce a client, to contact them about their project, telling them that you introduced us. It is recorded in our follow-up tool and read by the team in charge of referrals. Our technical providers access it for hosting and email, some of them from the United States under the safeguards set by the GDPR. We keep it for three years after our last exchange, or five years after the end of the assignment if your client entrusts it to us, as French anti-money-laundering law requires.
