How does it work?
- You make the introduction Share your contact's details by email or by phone: that is all you have to do.
- Home Select looks after your referral Search mandate, sourced properties, viewings, negotiation, paperwork: they receive the full service, through to the signing at the notary's.
- You receive €1,000 Once the transaction is completed, your bonus is paid directly by bank transfer, within 30 days.

Who can refer?
Any former Home Select client who has signed a final deed. You can refer as many people as you wish, with no limit.
How much will I receive, and when?
€1,000 for every successful recommendation. The bonus is paid directly by bank transfer after your referral signs the final deed at the notary's office, within 30 days.
Does my referral also benefit?
They receive the full service: Home Select has 16 property hunters, runs a search in 45 days on average, typically needs only 3 viewings and negotiates 6% off the asking price on average. The €1,000 bonus is reserved for the referrer.
My contact is looking in Paris or Île-de-France?
Those searches are run by Home Select’s dedicated team on homeselect.paris. Refer them exactly the same way: the introduction happens internally.
I am an estate agent, can I introduce a buyer?
Yes, through a different route: Home Select’s referral partner program for professionals, governed by a written agreement and paid when the deed is signed. The €1,000 referral bonus stays reserved for private individuals.
A recommendation that pays
One email is enough to put your contact in touch with Home Select’s property finders. You introduce, the firm takes care of everything else. Please make sure your contact knows: Home Select reaches out to them once, to introduce itself and say where their details came from, and they can decline any further exchange or ask for their data to be deleted at any time.
